Returns and Refunds
At cotitoc.com, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the products they purchase. If you encounter any shipping or product issues, or feel frustrated, please send us an email. Our team will provide you with immediate assistance.
Please fill in all your addresses. Otherwise, the package we send to you will be returned, or we may ignore your request to avoid causing unnecessary trouble.
Order Cancellation
If you are canceling an order that has not been shipped yet, please contact us via info@cotitoc.com. To get the fastest resolution, please include your order number. Thank you!
We accept cancellations of orders before the products are shipped or produced. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation Time Limit: Customers can cancel an order within 1 day (24 hours) after placing the order.
Order Processing Time:
The order will be processed within 3 working days after placing the order and will be shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends.

If a cancellation request is made before the order is shipped and within the allowed 1-day cancellation period, the order may be canceled. Once the order is processed and shipped, canceling the order is no longer possible.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. If any of the following apply,you cannot request a refund:
Your order was not delivered due to factors beyond your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address, not being home for delivery, or failing to pick up the package as requested).
Your order was not delivered due to
